The Story Behind Chrono
"I couldn't afford the tools that make studying easier, so I built my own."
Chrono started out of necessity. As a student without much money to spend on tools, I kept running into the same wall, the tools that actually make learning easier all cost money, and the free ones were either limited, sell personal data, or scattered across a dozen tabs. So I decided to build something myself.
What started as a personal fix grew into a full platform. It is still built and maintained by just me. No funding, no team, no investors telling me what to prioritise, just a student who wanted something better and thought others might too.
Our servers are based in Italy. Keeping costs low while keeping privacy real is something I genuinely care about, not a marketing line.
